What’s one place in Europe you’d return to purely for the food?

Not necessarily the city with the most famous restaurants — I’m thinking about places where even simple meals, local markets or small family-run spots made the trip memorable. What place would you go back to mainly because of what you ate there, and what food made you want to return?
